"Open count" and "last opened date" of instructions were displayed incorrectly.
Observed behavior: For all newly created instructions (not imported), the open count was displaying “0” and the last opened date was empty.
Impact: As an editor, there was no insights into the usage of instructions.
Solution: The open count and last opened date have been fixed and now display the correct data again.
