TOPdesk KB Explorer support

TOPdesk has introduced KB Explorer, a new folder-based way to organize knowledge articles. As part of this change, the TOPdesk Knowledge Base (KB) REST API has also been updated.

To support this transition, we have updated the SelfGuide TOPdesk KB integration. This update:

• Introduces a new TOPdesk KB client that supports the KB Explorer REST API
• Automatically detects when a TOPdesk environment has been migrated to KB Explorer
• Supports migration to the folder structure that replaces the previously used parent knowledge article
• Creates new knowledge articles within a folder instead of under a parent knowledge article

Organizations can migrate to TOPdesk KB Explorer when it fits their planning and requirements. SelfGuide has been designed to accommodate this transition with minimal coordination and without requiring changes to existing workflows.

The migration process is as follows:

1. Migrate the TOPdesk environment to KB Explorer
2. SelfGuide detects the migration, temporarily pauses communication with TOPdesk, and notifies us of the change
3. We update the SelfGuide tenant configuration to use KB Explorer and re-establish communication with TOPdesk

No changes have been made to the functional behavior of the TOPdesk KB integration. This update ensures continued compatibility with both the current and future TOPdesk KB architecture.
