Networks using traffic inspection were not trusted by the SelfGuide Recorder, and timeouts prevented the SelfGuide recorder from being used.
Observed behavior: The SelfGuide Recorder either displayed an error screen immediately upon startup or took so long that it timed out.
Impact: Editors were unable to create instructions using the latest version of the SelfGuide Recorder.
Solution: The SelfGuide Recorder now trusts networks with traffic inspection and the timeout duration has been increased. Download the latest version on the download page.
