Notes not shown correctly

Browser extension

A bug was found in the browser extension related to the notes in an instruction. This bug has been fixed and some minor improvements have been made.

Notes bug

The text within a note on an instruction step was not updated if the note had the same coordinate as the note in the previous step. This bug has been fixed so notes are correctly shown on the instruction steps.

Minor improvements

The improvements below have been made and are released together with the bug fix:

Icons where not declared correctly in the extension manifest
The message for the user, when no suggestions are available, has been improved to give a better expectation
