Embed SelfGuide instructions directly in any application - now globally available

After a successful preview period with extensive customer feedback, the embed functionality is now globally available for all tenants, including enhanced admin controls for easier management.

With the embed, editors are able to integrate SelfGuide instructions directly in third-party applications, providing users access to digital guidance exactly where they need it.

It's the best of two worlds:

• Intuitive instructions for the user based on SelfGuide
• Directly accessible in the application where work is performed by the user

This global release turns every integrated application into a smarter workspace where knowledge is instantly available.

Enabled guest access now part of sharing

As an admin you have control over the ability to share content with guests. The control to enable this functionality has been moved to the new Sharing within the Settings, giving admins a clearer, unified place to manage who gets access.

Tenant specific LTI security contract

The LMS integration is build upon the LTI 1.3 industry standard. For customers using SelfGuide through an LMS integration (such as Moodle or Studytube), security has been further strengthened. Each SelfGuide tenant now has its own LTI 1.3 security contract, ensuring more isolated and protected communication between systems.

Existing customers using this integration should update the jwks setting within the LMS. See the instructions below for more information about the new available jwks endpoint.
