A hotfix is deployed to solve an edge case editors might face and don't understand.
Seen behavior: The SelfGuide Recorder presents the mobile interface due too a small window size.
Impact: Editors are missing functionality, do think their permissions are incorrect of SelfGuide is not working as expected.
Fix: As soon as the Recorder window is too small, a warning is shown to inform the editor about the situation and to direct the editor to increase the window size
