Staying up-to-date might be easier with a little reminder — that’s exactly what the Quick Check feature is designed for. It helps ensure instructions remain current and reinforces user confidence in the accuracy of available instructional materials.
The Quick Check feature sends reminder notifications to instruction owners, prompting them to verify and update their instructions. This helps keep instructional material current—without the need to manually schedule reminders in your calendar.
Quick Check is an optional feature that can be applied to any instruction created by the organization. Editors, SelfGuide Managers, and Admins all have permission to set a Quick Check date. On the selected date, the instruction owner will receive the notification by email.
To keep an overview, use the optional column in the list view to see all Quick Check dates set across your SelfGuide tenant.
The Share modal has been refreshed with a new, more user-friendly design — less technical, more intuitive. Start by selecting your recipient: a known or unknown user. Then, choose how you’d like to share the content. Previously, only copying a link was possible; now, you can also share via email. The new email option automatically opens a new e-mail on your device, pre-filled with the title and link of the content.
The API of SelfGuide is responsible for the processing of all data within SelfGuide. For a few use cases, the data storage processing has been improved as also background processing has been implemented. Both improvements have a positive result in the performance of SelfGuide.
