The time has come: the feedback overview has been revamped to match the look and feel of the rest of the product. This update completes a long-standing roadmap item, making SelfGuide’s overall design more intuitive and consistent.
The feedback overview was the last window which needed attention to bring consistency in the look & feel of the product. What has been changed:
In a recent release, the sharing functionality has been updated. Starting from this release, the new share functionality is accessible directly from the library.
Synchronization to the TOPdesk knowledge base is a kind of sharing as the instruction is made accessible from outside the instruction library. To bring this feature in line with other sharing options, the TOPdesk synchronization configuration has been moved to the advanced sharing section in the share modal. The behavior of this synchornization is not adjusted.
The quick check modal has been renamed to Ownership and managing the owner of an instruction has been moved to this modal. With this change, all ownership functionality is available in one place.
The embed viewer now has a full screen option to enlarge the viewer and make the instruction more readable.
A Learning Management System (LMS) is used by organizations to organize, share, and manage learning content.
